OUT-OF-THIS WORLD VIEWS FROM OUR 1 BEDROOM 2 BATH APARTMENT
Relax overlooking the Mediterannean Sea on our terrace in Nice, France. We are minutes walking distance from Cours Saleya the oldest and biggest Open Air Market in the South of France. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Port where you will find another 50 restaurants. You don't need a car.
Our apartment on the French Riviera is on the fourth floor and has an elevator. The entire apartment has been gutted and rebuilt to modern standards. The kitchen has a washer, dryer, dishwasher - anything you would ever need. This is a one bedroom, 2 bath apartment. The private Master Bedroom has its own bath and toilet. There is a living room, dinning room and a wonderful Terrace. The couch in the liviing roommakes out into a bed. The apartment sleeps 4 adults. There is not a phone, but there is Cable TV.
The apartment is air conditioned, but we never use it since we have a wonderful breeze with the doors open. Has some nice art work, chandelier
and the facilities are well kept.
Apartment is 1100 square feet - Terrace about 400 square feet.
